Advanced Industries Collaborative Infrastructure Grant - The Advanced Industries Collaborative Infrastructure Grant funds collaborative projects that will have broad industry-wide impacts across one or more of Colorado's advanced industries. Projects fill a gap in the advanced industries and have multiple, collaborative partners

Collaborative projects can receive up to $500,000. This grant award maximum can be lifted for projects that impact more than one advanced industry.

Advanced Industries Early-Stage Capital and Retention Grant - The Advanced Industries Early-Stage Capital and Retention Grant helps Colorado-based advanced industries technology businesses develop and commercialize advanced technologies that will be created or manufactured in Colorado. Projects can receive up to $250,000. This grant award maximum can be lifted for projects that impact more than one advanced industry.


Minnesota Grant Funding

CSFS: Industrial innovation in food systems - implementation - The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s (MPCA) industrial innovation in food systems program provides competitive grant funding to food and beverage manufacturing facilities and food system organic waste processing sites to cut climate pollution, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. Funding will help ensure that Minnesota’s food and beverage industry remains competitive, operational, and located within Minnesota.

The MPCA is soliciting proposals to distribute $40 million in grant funding to support industrial food and beverage manufacturers and food system organic waste processors across Minnesota.  Applications open until all funding is awarded.

The State Competitiveness Fund - provides state matching money to help local groups in Minnesota win federal clean energy and climate grants.

Grant Overview

  • Total Funding: $40 million total via the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

  • Grant Size: $50,000 to $8 million per project, covering up to 60% of total costs.

  • Match Requirement: Recipients must provide at least 40% matching funds (non-federal).

  • Deadlines: Applications are rolling and reviewed quarterly on July 1, October 1, January 1, and April 1 until April 1, 2028
