Partner and Founder - Sara currently lives in the mountains of New Mexico with her two children and husband. After earning a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy from the Vermont Law School in 2009, Sara moved to to Bozeman MT where she began her career in the solar industry doing sales and design work for off grid and net metered residential solar arrays. In 2011, she moved to Salt Lake City and worked with another contractor doing large scale commercial sales and design work on solar projects in UT.
In 2013, Sara founded the consulting and grant writing business. Since then, the company has helped more than 200 projects successfully receive funding.

Partner and Funding Expert - Adina Aaron is a South Florida native with a passion for renewable energy and a track record of success in the field. She holds certificates in Solar Electric Design and Installation, as well as Solar Business and Technical Sales, which she earned from Solar Energy International. Adina actively works towards promoting renewable energy, but when she's not immersed in that, she enjoys cycling, exploring the arts, and engaging in aquaponic farming using solar energy—an innovative method that combines fish farming and plant cultivation.
Adina's educational background showcases her diverse interests and achievements. She holds a Masters of Music degree from the renowned Boston Conservatory, highlighting her exceptional musical talent and dedication. She also obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida International University, where she further developed her skills and nurtured her love for music.
In addition to her expertise in renewable energy and music, Adina has expanded her knowledge by earning certificates in Decentralized Finance and Blockchain from the prestigious University of Nicosia. This demonstrates her keen interest in emerging technologies and her commitment to staying up-to-date with developments in finance and technology.

Environmental Consultant - Ashley has worked in land and water conservation, natural resource and watershed management throughout the West for over 16 years. She has extensive grant writing , project management and nonprofit development experience and is passionate about working collaboratively with private landowners and diverse stakeholder groups to advance conservation efforts and sustain rural communities. Ashleys professional experience includes leading collaborative watershed management efforts in the Upper Yellowstone basin, driving land protection and conservation efforts with Deschutes Land Trust in Oregon, and leading and overseeing a conservation non-profit organization. She holds a MSc from the University of Montana in Environmental Science and Water Resources, where she focused on stream temperature regimes in relation to land use practices and stream restoration efforts. In her free time, Ashley can be found outside exploring the open lands of Montana with her husband and two children.
